Flt Lt Eric Garland - Obituary
Flt Lt Eric “Judy” Garland MBE, MC & Bar, a former 208 Sqn flt cdr on Spitfires in Italy, died on 17 Jan 2016, aged 95. He was shot down on 4 May 1944, escaped from captivity and fought with the partisans until he finally got back to US lines in early 1945.
